We are seeking reliable and professional Non-CDL Drivers to operate pickup trucks and 26ft box trucks for transport and delivery services. This role includes RV transport, equipment hauling, and final-mile delivery and installation.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company vehicles (pickup trucks, non-CDL box trucks)

  • Transport RVs, trailers, equipment, and materials to customer locations

  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections (DOT compliant)

  • Secure loads properly and ensure safe transport at all times

  • Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, delays, and job updates

  • Provide professional customer service at pickup and delivery locations

  • Assist with basic installation or setup during final-mile deliveries (when applicable)

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license (Non-CDL) with clean driving record

  • Must be at least 21 years old

  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening

  • Experience towing trailers or driving box trucks preferred (not required)

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight travel when needed

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks

Location: Richmond, VA

We are looking for candidates with experience operating pickup trucks, towing trailers, or driving non-CDL box trucks in a professional or personal capacity. Ideal applicants have a strong understanding of safe driving practices, load securement, and basic vehicle inspections. Experience with RV transport, equipment hauling, or final-mile delivery and installation is highly preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Candidates should be comfortable driving long distances, navigating various routes, and maintaining professionalism when interacting with customers and clients at delivery locations.

A high school diploma or GED is preferred for this position. While formal education beyond high school is not required, candidates should possess basic math, reading, and communication skills necessary to complete logs, follow instructions, and interact professionally with customers and team members. Additional training or certifications related to transportation, logistics, or mechanical knowledge are a plus, but not required.
