We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in delivery, moving, construction, warehouse operations, or similar physically active roles. Ideal applicants are comfortable working in fast-paced environments, handling freight, and assisting with loading, unloading, and basic installations. Experience using hand tools, securing cargo, and interacting with customers professionally is highly valued. While prior final mile or logistics experience is a plus, we are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
A high school diploma or GED is preferred for this position. While formal education beyond this is not required, any trade school, technical training, or hands-on certifications related to construction, logistics, or equipment handling are considered a strong advantage. We value practical knowledge, willingness to learn, and the ability to follow instructions and safety procedures over formal education alone.
